Thankful Affirmation:

Today I am thankful that my ‘craziness’ is just part of who I am and I can accept that. On some level I can rise above, in order to function, but it’s still there.

It’s what makes me special, what allows me to be compassionate of others, and what reminds me there is always more beneath the surface.

Thankful Goal:

Recognize myself and others as more than what they appear.
